She is an expert in Rehabilitation Approval and Temporary Resident Permits applications for those who have a criminal conviction on their record.
This specialization brought her to work on multi-faceted investigation(s) involving other Canadian and US authorities. These often-included deportation & removal proceedings, refugee claims and durable solution issues intertwined with the highly pertinent Canada US Safe Third Country Agreement.
She has also participated in the evaluation of countless cases of high-profile individuals and publicized decisions. She is therefore entirely dedicated to protecting the confidentiality of all her valued clients.
Ms. Beaudoin has conducted hundreds of lengthy and intricate permanent residence immigration interviews in both official languages. The assessment included but were not limited to complex marriage of convenience, polygamy, assessment of skills and work experience, compound misrepresentation, exhaustive criminal inadmissibility, important or uncommon humanitarian and compassionate considerations, kidnapping, human trafficking, lengthy illegal presence in the US or Canada, etc. Consequently, she has been a priceless resource to help you prepare concretely for your immigration interview.
