Ms. Beaudoin was born and raised in beautiful Quebec City, Canada. She is bilingual in the two official languages of Canada (English and French).  She attended Bishop’s University in Quebec and received a Bachelor Degree in Political Science after completing a year as an international student at San Diego State University in California. This international student exchange allowed her to specialize in American Government.

Ms. Beaudoin began her career in the tourism industry before pursuing a career within the public sector for the Quebec Provincial Government abroad. At the Quebec Delegation in Boston, she worked on promoting Quebec business and French Canadian culture in the US.

Following this, she went on to work for the Federal Government of Canada at the Canadian Consulate General in Los Angeles. Within less than 2 years at the at the Visa Office in Los Angeles, she was promoted to the highest Officer level as a Designated Immigration Officer.

Before recently retiring, she had gained 15 years of experience implementing Canadian Immigration Laws and Regulations. It is also important to note that she was the sole bilingual Designated Immigration Officer in Los Angeles which allowed her to work on a wide variety of applications and of course on the majority of French files through the Quebec Immigration Program.

Ms. Beaudoin feels privilege to have serve her country abroad within the Visa section of the Canadian Consulate General in Los Angeles. Needless to say, this has made her highly familiar with the inner office procedures and hierarchy of a Canadian Visa Office abroad.

During her years as an Immigration Officer for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada(IRCC) she was the final decision maker on thousands of applications for temporary and permanent immigration to Canada. This is the reason why she was able to develop a highly technical expertise in Canadian immigration which is currently second to none. This is often making a significant difference and is an advantage over other immigration consultants and lawyers. In addition, and unlike most firms that specialize in one or two categories of immigration, Ms. Beaudoin’s singular immigration knowledge extends over the wide range of temporary and permanent immigration including in-Canada applications.

Furthermore, for the last few years as an Officer, she was selected to work only on complex immigration files. As a result, she developed a highly specialized knowledge of vastly complex and highly complex immigration cases. If you have been told that your case is complex or there is nothing that can be done, we strongly recommend that you contact us.

This line of work also contributed in furthering Ms. Beaudoin uncommon and advanced expertise in all inadmissibilities to Canada: Security, organized crime, criminal, medical, financial and familial inadmissibility. This knowledge is extremely rare in the Canadian Immigration field.

As part of the permanent staff in the US she has also gained a high-level expertise of criminal inadmissibility from the 50 United States of America, and the concrete equivalencies to the Canadian Criminal Code and provincial statutes. She is an expert in Rehabilitation Approval and Temporary Resident Permits applications for those who have a criminal conviction on their record.

This specialization brought her to work on multi-faceted investigation(s) involving other Canadian and US authorities. These often-included deportation & removal proceedings, refugee claims and durable solution issues intertwined with the highly pertinent Canada US Safe Third Country Agreement.

She has also participated in the evaluation of countless cases of high-profile individuals and publicized decisions. She is therefore entirely dedicated to protecting the confidentiality of all her valued clients.

Ms. Beaudoin has conducted hundreds of lengthy and intricate permanent residence immigration interviews in both official languages. The assessment included but were not limited to complex marriage of convenience, polygamy, assessment of skills and work experience, compound misrepresentation, exhaustive criminal inadmissibility, important or uncommon humanitarian and compassionate considerations, kidnapping, human trafficking, lengthy illegal presence in the US or Canada, etc. Consequently, she has been a priceless resource to help you prepare concretely for your immigration interview.  Very few Immigration firms can offer this extremely valuable service that can make all the difference in your case.

Ms. Beaudoin has also developed a comprehensive knowledge of the Appeal and judicial review process in Canada. She is therefore qualified to represent you and defend your case in front of the Immigration Appeal Division. Her decisions as an IRCC Officer have help set judicial precedents and can be found in all levels of the Canadian appeal and court system. This is only one example:

Ms. Beaudoin has been the author of multiple investigative reports on trends in US and Canadian immigration with impact/implications on government policies and consequences of migration movements. These confidential reports were presented to high level government officials.

On a personal level, Ms. Beaudoin has been an immigrant to the US, thus, exposing her to the real-life experiences of applying for immigration which has made her aware of the stressful yet rewarding experience associated with immigrating to another country. Having gone through the immigration process herself gives her a unique perspective, enabling her to truly connect with her clients, their challenges and triumphs. She remains dedicated and attentive to this personal aspect of her client’s immigration journey which is often ignored by others.
